Welcome to “St. Bernadette’s Civil Association”
We promote the human rights of children and adolescents so that they can enjoy a happy childhood through our programs: The Children’s Centre, The Remedial School, the Residential Home and the Child Safeguarding Program.
We are located in the district of San Martin de Porres, one of the most populated districts of the city of Lima, Peru. St. Bernadette’s Children’s Centre.
Our Programs
St. Bernadette’s Children’s Centre
The Children’s Centre is a space where each child can live their childhood freely, while choosing what they prefer to do, surrounded by laughter, games and the support necessary to protect their rights.
St. Bernadette’s Residencial Home
The Residential Home offers temporary refuge to children and adolescents who have been victims of sexual abuse, and who are referred by the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP).
St. Bernadette’s Remedial School
A Psycho-pedagogical Institution for children with learning difficulties.
Child Safeguarding Policy
The Protection Policy Program is an initiative that focuses its efforts on combating child sexual abuse through training, intervention and prevention.
